About Event
This 1-hour class invites you to slow down and soften with gentle, long-held Yin poses. Set against the glowing backdrop of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains at sunset, this deeply calming practice supports flexibility, stillness, and rest. All levels welcome—bring your mat and unwind.
