🇺🇸 Portland Circular Economists: Circularity in the Built Environment
Join us on for The Circular Economists Meet-up in Portland: Exploring Building Reuse
The Social Good Place offers co-working memberships, event spaces, and community events to create positive experiences and influences in our world. The building it resides in is a Church that has been refurbished to host this wonderful initiative. The lead remodeler, Michael Pace will be taking us on a tour of the building to discuss the circularity aspects present in the built environment. Afterwards, we will meet at StudioGo inside the building for connection making and critical thinking circularity discussion!
If are you unfamiliar with the principles of circular economy this is an excellent event to get familiar with the opportunities it presents for climate change adaptation. You can also find a great introduction to the circular economy here: https://www.ellenmacarthurfoundation.org/topics/circular-economy-introduction/overview
