Technology for Better Futures — VivaTech 2026 Side Event
Student Projects, Accessibility Innovation & Responsible Prototyping
An independent Tech for Good side event during VivaTech week
During VivaTech week, the Learning Planet Institute invites you to an informal evening dedicated to student-led innovation, accessibility, hands-on learning and technology for social good.
Hosted by MakerLab at the Learning Planet Institute, this event will showcase projects developed by students and young innovators using rapid prototyping, electronics, AI, design and digital fabrication to respond to concrete challenges in accessibility, health, inclusion and responsible innovation.
The ambition is simple: to create a friendly, open and practical space where students, researchers, makers, startups, associations, companies and innovation actors can meet around a shared question:
How can technology help us build innovation that is useful, accessible and responsible — for people, institutions and the planet?
This evening is not only about demonstrating prototypes. It is also an opportunity to explore how learning by doing, project-based education and responsible technology can help turn ideas into meaningful action.
The event will begin inside MakerLab with student presentations, live prototype demonstrations and an informal visit of the space. It will then continue with open conversations and networking on the Learning Planet Institute rooftop, weather permitting.
Agenda
