[studyhall 1.2] AI Skills & Tools: Notion as Agentic Knowledge Base for Claude / ChatGPT / Grok
Hosted by Jabari Grubb and Rahul Singh
Join us for studyhall 1.2 to explore how Notion can serve as an agentic knowledge base. Learn how to gather and curate useful information, organize notes and links, and create a structured resource you can keep building on.
Most people now work across several AI tools, and the output of each one stays stuck in its own chat history. This session shows how to fix that with tools you already have.
Jabari and Rahul will walk through using Notion as the central knowledge base between ChatGPT, Claude, GrokBot, and others. No custom infrastructure, only off-the-shelf tools and connectors.
What we'll cover:
Aggregate: pull useful output from each AI tool into one Notion workspace
Sort and organize: structure it into databases and views you can actually browse and use
Bridge: use a Notion project and task system as the communication layer between agents, so one agent can pick up where another left off
You'll leave with a working pattern for a shared knowledge base that both you and your agents can read and write.
This session is for anyone using more than one AI tool who wants one place for all of it. Bring a Notion workspace if you want to follow along.
We’ll also look at ways to put that knowledge to work: publish it through vibecoded apps, or use AI to find, update, and manage information in your Notion database. Bring your questions and ideas for making your own knowledge easier to maintain and use.
