Hands-On Manus: Build, Ship, Grow is a working session for founders, GTM operators, marketers, product builders, and creators. You'll leave with a shareable build and a focused seven-day test.

A market research workflow, customer insight brief, launch plan, landing page, outreach workflow, content system, or another project tied to your own work.
THE FLOW
2:00 — Check-in and builder introductions. Meet people working on related products and growth problems.
2:20 — Opening and live Manus workflow. One real task, from a clear brief to a finished output.
2:40 — Guided build. Frame the task, add useful context, and set checkpoints before you build.
3:00 — Hands-on build sprint. Build your own workflow, test it with another participant, and fix what breaks.
4:00 — GTM pass. Define the target user, core promise, CTA, first channel, and one success metric for the next seven days.
4:25 — Selected attendee demos and Q&A. A few builders show the task, workflow, and result. The room asks questions and gives direct feedback.
4:50 — Curated networking. Connect based on what you built, what you need, and what you can help with.
WHAT TO BRING
A laptop, a Manus account, and one real task. A rough idea is enough.
AFTER THE EVENT
You leave with a 7-Day Test Card: target user, core promise, CTA, first channel, and one metric. We collect results on day seven and publish what actually shipped.
