About Event

Leading a team often means working in constant motion. Priorities shift, decisions come fast, and urgent issues compete for your attention all day.

Under pressure, something subtle happens: your focus narrows, reactivity increases, and leadership can become more about keeping things moving than thinking clearly.

This is where firefighting begins.

In this live lab, we’ll explore how to interrupt that pattern. You’ll bring a real leadership situation you’re currently dealing with and work with it directly so the session stays practical, grounded, and immediately relevant.

Together, we’ll look at how urgency affects your thinking, where reactive habits show up in leadership, and how to create enough space to respond with more clarity, intention, and effectiveness.

Facilitated by

Georgiana Melestean: Leadership Coach, Organizational Psychologist, and co-founder of Bright Leadership.

With 10+ years of experience inside tech organizations, she has worked with managers, senior leaders, and founders to strengthen leadership in fast-moving environments. Her work combines behavioral science, neuroscience, embodied awareness, and creativity to help leaders think clearly, respond intentionally, and lead more effectively under pressure.
