MOVEMENTS Summer Kick Off

​MOVEMENTS is back with a summer pop-up series, visiting various liberated spaces throughout Oakland with the gift of resisDance! MOVEMENTS is for organizers, healers, dreamers and creatives to drop in, connect with your folks, and work that sacral chakra in the spirit of liberation!

​We’re kicking off this 3-part series on Friday June 12, Filipino Independence Day, at Understory, a Filipinx Queer worker-owned collective restaurant, bar and community building and organizing hub. It's also beloved community Bee's birthday, so help us celebrate more life with DJs on the decks to keep us moving to the beat while we plant seeds for getting free!
