​While Russna reflects on the ideas that shape her practice and how her work has evolved over time, Deep will explore how art can act as a portal to understanding the mind and embarking on a journey of self-discovery.

​Russna Kaur is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice explores memory, identity and belonging through sculpture, installation and socially engaged practice. We notice that her work invites audiences to slow down and engage more deeply with the world around them.

​Deep is the Artistic Director of without SHAPE without FORM, an arts organization creating spaces to explore the power of the mind. Through her curatorial practice, she develops exhibitions and public programmes that explore how art can support greater clarity and mind wellbeing.
