Decisions, Not Doubt: Make Confident Choices in Life & Work
Do you ever find yourself stuck in analysis paralysis or second-guessing your decisions?
In this interactive workshop, an executive coach and decision expert, Michelle Florendo, will introduce a practical, structured approach to decision-making that blends engineering principles with real-world human complexity.
You’ll learn how to break any decision down into its core parts, identify what truly matters, and walk away with strategies to navigate uncertainty with clarity — not confusion.
What you’ll learn:
What many people get wrong about “good” decision-making
A framework to simplify and map out your next big move
How to build confidence even when outcomes aren’t guaranteed
Techniques to make faster, aligned decisions — with less stress
What to expect:
You’ll work through guided exercises, reflect on personal or professional decisions, and connect with fellow community members through small group discussions. Bring a current decision you’re wrestling with — and leave with insights, clarity, and momentum.
