Our first session will focus on Energy Efficiency & Building Decarbonization trends, a key area of the clean energy transition connected to buildings, housing, health, affordability, emissions reduction, and career pathways.

This series is designed to create a more structured space for Accelerator alumni to learn what is happening across the field, hear directly from organizations doing the work, and stay connected to the broader green workforce ecosystem.
The Launchpad Exchange Series will take place every two months and feature rotating topics across TGL’s core clean energy pillars: Energy Storage, Clean Transportation, Renewable Energy, and Energy Efficiency, along with emerging areas such as Green Manufacturing, AI, and Data Centers.
