The easy set-up is exactly why these systems have taken off in Europe, where regulations and laws on the technology have been evolving for nearly 10 years. That flexibility is critical to delivering clean energy to more Americans.
Last time we wrote to Rep. Elizabeth Fiedler who is the chair of the Pennsylvania House Energy Committee where HB 1971 has been since October of 2025. We'll follow up on the 27th with more outreach to elected officials.
