5 Day Networking Challenge
In celebration of International Networking Week
25 intentional connection actions. 5 days. Real momentum.
Networking doesn’t have to feel icky, performative, or exhausting.
It just needs structure to become sticky.
The 5-Day Networking Challenge is a low-lift, action-driven sprint designed to help you build a simple, sustainable connection habit during International Networking Week.
This is not about networking harder.
It’s about starting, repeating, and building momentum with support.
What You’ll Do
Over five days, you’ll complete five small connection actions per day using a proven, human framework:
Day 1: Reconnect with dormant contacts
Day 2: Introduce people thoughtfully (double opt-in)
Day 3: Follow up from recent conversations or events
Day 4: Share information without asking for anything
Day 5: Invite people into one-to-one or community connection
That’s 25 intentional connection reps in 5 days.
Each action takes 5–10 minutes and can be done asynchronously.
