FaithTech Toronto Glocal Hackathon 2026
FaithTech Toronto is bringing the global FaithTech network right here to the city for a three-day Glocal Hackathon, and we want you there! Kicking off Friday evening at Stone Church (Davenport Campus), teams will come together to choose their initiatives and get the creative energy flowing before diving into a full weekend of building. Saturday and Sunday are all about heads-down collaboration, and Sunday evening wraps up with live project presentations to a panel of judges. Food is included throughout the weekend, so come hungry and ready to build something meaningful.
This hackathon is centered around two real, world-changing initiatives. The first, in partnership with the Evangelical Fellowship of Canada, focuses on Reconciliation Through Relationships, an initiative working toward genuine healing and connection between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples in Canada. The second, in partnership with SIL Global, tackles Bible translation, helping bring Scripture to the many languages around the world that still don't have it. Whether you are a developer, designer, strategist, or just someone with a heart for faith and tech, there is a place for you on a team this weekend. Come for Friday night, stay for the whole journey.
