Somartica:
Where movement meets creativity
& Presence meets play

Join us for a joyous evening where meditation melts into movement, movement makes way to art, and before you know it, you're drawing on the walls, rolling on the ground belly laughing, and connecting with yourself and others in ways you forgot you remembered. 🤸🏽‍♀️

Somartica blends somatics with art through five research-backed pillars - creativity, embodiment, connection, mindfulness and play - that help quiet your mind, settle your nervous system, and get you into flow. Doooope!

Think of it like a yoga class meets art class meets nervous system reset meets ... summer camp. For adults!

No two Somarticas are quite the same! That being said,
The evening includes:
✨ A gounding meditation ~ to help settle
🌀 Somatic + movement practices ~ to help open
🎨 Creative expression ~ with all manner of materials
🤸🏽‍♀️ Individual + collective play ~ to connect + release
🌿 A closing circle ~ to leave refreshed + ready to re-enter the world

You'll laugh. You'll chill. You'll throw some paint around. And you miiight just leave feeling more grounded, more uplifted, and more free.

What people are saying:
"Somartica is a blast."
"I was out of my head and in a silly flow state the whole time!"

No experience necessary. Whether you're a seasoned artist and mover or haven't touched a paint brush since kindergarten - you're so welcome.

Can't wait to see you!

Wear clothes you can move in.
