About Event

This is part of the Female Founders Rise Summer School for Founders. Check out our other summer sessions here.

In this Summer School masterclass, Sascha Evans (joined by special guest Emily Koolen) will show you how to run workshops, presentations and meetings that actually land for every type of thinker in the room. Sascha is a neurodivergent learning designer and facilitator with 20+ years creating transformational experiences, and the founder of We the Creators, where she teaches trainers and L&D teams her "Neurocolours" methodology for designing training that works for all kinds of minds. She draws on her own lived experience with ADHD, over two decades of facilitation for brands, schools and arts organisations, and participatory research with neurodivergent learners and educators.

This is hands-on: bring one thing you're currently trying to get across - a pitch, a workshop, a data-heavy presentation - and you'll work out live where it's losing people and what to change. Bring colouring pencils or pens and paper too; we're getting creative, not just talking about it.

This session is particularly geared towards anyone who trains, coaches or facilitates for a living, though the principles apply to anyone pitching, presenting or running a meeting.

You'll leave with:

  • A clear read on where your current material is losing people, and why

  • Practical fixes you can apply immediately, not just theory

  • An introduction to designing for different thinkers, so this becomes a habit, not a one-off

Speaker:
