Canadian and U.S. defense contractors are facing a new compliance reality: CMMC in the United States and CPCSC in Canada. For small and mid-sized suppliers, the challenge is not just understanding the frameworks, but choosing an implementation approach that fits their business, customer base, and budget.

This interactive workshop will help Ontario-based defense contractors, subcontractors, and technology suppliers compare CMMC and CPCSC, understand where the frameworks overlap, and explore practical implementation options for smaller teams. Sponsored by CyberCare Pro and PreVeil the session will show how organizations can reduce complexity, protect controlled information, and build a compliance roadmap that supports both Canadian and cross-border opportunities.

Participants will leave with:
1. A clear comparison of CMMC and CPCSC requirements.
2. A framework for deciding whether to self-assess, outsource, or hybridize compliance work.
3. Practical implementation options for identity, device, document, and email protection.
4. Guidance on how to align cybersecurity controls with defense contracting goals.
5. A better understanding of funding and support options for Ontario-based companies pursuing certification.
