​Exhibition Nr.6

​The Art.Playground.Amsterdam, initiative of Bart Bloemers, presents the sixth Digital Art exhibition at MINA Gallery, a space where emerging and experimental creators meet, and where digital art intersects with the physical world.

​From February 22 to March 10, the spotlight is on Roos Aldershoff, a photographer who has been capturing architecture with precision and atmosphere since her graduation from the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in 1988. In her personal work, calm and dynamism coexist, and subtle traces of human presence transform structured environments into immersive still lifes.

​Her series Raw Concrete Choice examines the aesthetics of newly built concrete structures – raw, unfinished, and open to interpretation – inviting viewers to experience the tension between form, material, and perception. The exhibition also features images of the Van Gendt and Werkspoor Halls on Oostenburg, Amsterdam, industrial spaces whose layers of use and abandonment reveal hidden memories and histories.
