Product Coaching for Leaders & Teams

What you'll see: Transitioning into an external product coach allows seasoned product leaders to leverage their pattern recognition and leadership acumen to guide other executives and high-growth teams. This session explores how to package your operational experience into recurring coaching retainers, define high-value advisory offerings, and build credibility outside a full-time corporate role. Discover how to structure impactful engagements, navigate client challenges, and establish a thriving, independent coaching practice on your own terms.

Speakers:

Andrew Skotzio - Product & Executive Coach

Andrew Skotzko is a product and executive coach to founders and product leaders, and advisor helping them build product strategy that survives contact with reality. Over 15 years he led products used by 80M+ consumers and thousands of B2B customers, across nine industries and every company stage from startup to Fortune 100. Today he's trusted by product leaders at companies from YC startups to names like GitHub, Google, Adobe, LinkedIn, and Ramp.

Much of his own operating career lived at the intersection of people and planet, leading product teams in agriculture, aquaculture, and ocean health. He's the author of The Strategy Cycle, a field guide to leading product strategy by making better bets — a short, opinionated book, built to be used, coming out this fall.

Colleen Graneto - Product & Executive Coach

Colleen Graneto coaches and advises founders and creative leaders building products and businesses. Over her 20-year career, she's crafted products, shaped business strategy, and led teams at Airbnb, Procter & Gamble, CME Group, and a range of dynamic startups. She also created her own handmade jewelry business alongside artisans she met while living in Ecuador. Today, she primarily works with people building businesses, as well as heads of product at growth and scale companies who are building a team, a growth strategy, and their leadership skills all at once. Colleen also creates and leads custom workshops on product vision, strategy, metrics, and experimentation, work she's done with over 20 companies, ranging from Fortune 500s to startups. Along the way, she's helped 10,000+ product people grow their craft and careers through her work at UC Berkeley Executive Education, Maryland Institute College of Art, Digitale Leute, Product Academy, and General Assembly, where she builds curriculum, teaches, coaches, and mentors.
