About Event

How do startup entrepreneurs make decisions? Does it matter whether they work within corporate programs or operate independently? And how does this compare to innovation managers?

On the occasion of my book launch "Corporate Entrepreneurs – Independent Entrepreneurs or Corporate Managers?" published by Springer Nature, I'd like to share and discuss the findings of my research with you.

What was researched?

In my doctoral thesis, I examined how corporate-startup collaboration programs influence entrepreneurial decision-making – through interviews on decision-making environments and an experiment with over 100 startup entrepreneurs and innovation managers.

What the research shows:

The findings challenge common assumptions about founder personalities and their decisions, revealing what truly matters for successful corporate-startup collaborations.

What to expect:

📊 Research Presentation & Q&A – Key insights from the research

🎙️ Panel: Decision Spaces for Innovation – Discussion with founders, corporate innovation managers, and investors

🥂 Get-Together & Networking – Drinks & snacks

Who is this event for? Startup founders, corporate innovation managers, investors, program managers, researchers, and anyone interested in the future of corporate-startup collaboration.
