Through guided visualization and grounding practices, we’ll explore what alignment looks and feels like for you. You’ll learn to recognize where you’ve drifted out of sync, release what no longer serves you, and realign with your values, purpose, and inner calm. As you come back to yourself, you’ll set the tone for a year rooted in clarity, balance, and authentic direction.
Purpose: Reconnect with inner alignment and set emotional and practical intentions for the year.
Structure Example:
- Short grounding breathwork or visualization (led by facilitator).
- 3-minute journaling on “what alignment feels like.”
