​Cyril Desmedt is a true "people nerd". Coming from a background in Neuroscience and Psychology, he has worked the past 10 years in Talent Development. There, he used ONA insights to help him build a mentorship program from scratch, improve the onboarding experience and set up a knowledge academy.
