In celebration of the Year of the Fire Horse and guided by Yoga and somatics teacher @lovemusicyoga, we'll move through a mindful flow integrating breathwork, meditation, and a sound bath to harmonize body, mind, and spirit. Treats by pastry chef and culinary educator @k.o.k.u.j.i.n will be served after class.

About your facilitators:
Samantha Martins (she/her/ella) is a Bronx-based Queer Afro-Latina Yoga teacher, writer, speaker, and plant medicine educator. With over a decade of experience studying, practicing, and teaching Yoga and mindfulness, her work is centered around decolonizing and sharing the wisdom of this practice and destigmatizing mental health and plant medicine.
Rhiana Hernandez (they/them), aka @k.o.k.u.j.i.n, is a Brooklyn-based pastry chef and American Culinary Federation-certified culinary cannabis educator. They specialize in creating pastries with eclectic flavor pairings and providing accessible infused culinary education. When not thinking about cake and cookie recipes, they perform with the punk band Baby Got Back Talk. They are an avid King of the Hill enthusiast.
