Join Liz Bradley, co-founder of Mindful Movement L&C, 300HR E-RYT yoga instructor and certified sound healing practitioner, for a 30-minute guided meditation with an immersive sound bath.
This gentle session invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and release tension through guided meditation and the healing resonance of sound. Held with compassion and care, this is a welcoming space to rest, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
All levels welcome.
