You also waive any right to (i) inspect or approve the Media or any finished products, campaigns, or materials in which the Media is used, including any copies of such Media, campaigns, or materials, or (ii) be paid or otherwise compensated in any way in connection with the capture, use, or exploitation of the Media. You further release and discharge Airwallex and its affiliates, including its and their officers, directors, founders, representatives, board members, employees, representatives, and agents, from any and all claims and liabilities of any nature (including, without limitation, any costs, whether or not the subject of a court order) that you may, at any time, have or assert in connection with, or arising out of, the capturing, editing, use, reproduction, publication, or display of the Media.
You also acknowledge that Airwallex will be the sole and absolute owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to the Media and that Airwallex has the right to grant permission to any third party to edit, use, publish, display, distribute, and reproduce the Media.
