Playhouse Conference

​The Gamified Economy Conference 2026 is a forward thinking conference focused on how gamification, technology, innovation, governance, and human development are shaping the future of work, leadership, and institutions in the 21st century. It is being organized by the Business, Energy & Politics Cluster at Covenant University and will hold from June 5–6, 2026.

​At its core, the conference is designed to bring together students, academics, HR professionals, policymakers, tech experts, and industry leaders to explore how interactive and technology-driven systems can transform learning, workforce development, governance, and sustainable infrastructure. Rather than using only traditional lectures and discussions, the conference introduces a more engaging and practical approach through gamified experiences, workshops, simulations, and collaborative problem solving activities.
