Meet Fireworks Singapore - Inference & Training Tech Talk
Fireworks AI is opening our Singapore office, and we're hiring. To celebrate, we're hosting an evening of technical talks from the team behind one of the fastest inference platforms in production, plus good food and conversation with the engineers building it.
Fireworks AI serves generative AI to thousands of companies. That means trillions of tokens a day, on tight latency budgets, across large fleets of GPUs. We're coming to Singapore to share with you how it works and why we're building a team here.
📍 Event Details
Date: 10 October 2026
Time: 18:30 – 21:00 (SGT)
Venue: TBA, Central Singapore
Registration: Approval-based. Space is limited, so register early and tell us a bit about what you work on.
Dinner will be served, come with empty stomachs
🎤 Talks
Running Inference at Scale: Shaunak Godbole (Global Field CTO)
Serving trillions of tokens to customers across the world is not trivial. We share how the Fireworks inference platform works, and how we maintain high performance across different customers workloads on a day to day basis.
Training and Specialised Intelligence: Webster Bei Yijie (Training Lead)
General models aren't enough for Fireworks. We share how training at Fireworks turn open-weight models into systems that beat frontier models on real workloads.
Why Singapore: Chenyu Zhao, Co-founder
Where Fireworks is headed technically, and why Singapore is a core part of that plan.
Open Q&A with all speakers
👋 Who Should Come
Infrastructure, SRE and cloud engineers who run systems at scale
ML and AI engineers, especially if you ship models to production
Researchers interested in training, post-training and inference optimisation
The content is aimed at senior ICs, but everyone curious about inference is welcome.
