βMost founders don't lose investor meetings because their startup is bad.
They lose because no one told them the truth early enough.
βMost products don't fail at launch. They fail because no one called out the real problems before they shipped.
βWhat people usually get is:
β"Looks good."
"Interesting idea."
"Maybe tighten a few slides."
βPolite. Safe. Useless. ποΈ
βThat changes here.
β
Product & Pitch Teardown is a high-signal, no-fluff live event where founders get their pitches and products torn apart, constructively, by experienced operators, investors, and builders. So they can rebuild something that actually wins.
βThis is not a demo day.
This is not a networking mixer.
This is a live teardown of real pitches and real products, in a room of 25 people.
βπ§ What Happens at the Teardown?
β3 selected founders will present live. Each session is either a Pitch Teardown or a Product Teardown depending on what the founder needs most.
βFor Pitch Teardowns, the panel calls out:
βWhat's confusing in your deck
βWhat's weak in your narrative
βWhat investors actually want to hear
βWhat needs to change for this to become fundable
βFor Product Teardowns, the panel calls out:
βWhere users are likely dropping off and why
βWhat the core value proposition is actually communicating
βWhat's missing before this product is ready to scale
βHow operators and builders would position it differently
β
Expect raw, honest feedback. Real VC-style questioning. Actionable improvements you can apply the same week.
βWhether you present or watch, you'll walk away with mental models and a sharper eye for what makes products and pitches actually work.
