Deep Inclusive Leadership Masterclass (In-Person)

​This three-hour masterclass is a taster session for our longer programmes, for leaders who are ready to go deeper: beyond performance, beyond resilience, and into the kind of leadership that can truly hold under pressure.

​We’ll explore what it means to lead teams with complex challenges, through change and stress, hold space for others, and stay intact ourselves. Using the Surface Deep leadership model as our guide, this masterclass brings together neuroscience, behavioural psychology, wellbeing and diversity thinking to create a holistic approach to building deep connection in teams and organisations.
