See your HR process come to life with AI
Bring an HR process. See what AI can do with it.
Join Kristján Kristjánsson, CEO of 50skills, and Christian Sylvester, Director and Senior AI HR Management Consultant at Sylvester & Co, for a free, practical 3-hour workshop exploring how AI can turn everyday HR processes into working automated workflows.
You'll work in groups to map a real HR process, look at where it could be improved, and explore what automation could look like. We'll then take examples from the room and use 50skills to turn them into workflows through conversation, live in the session.
The workshop is designed to be practical and accessible, so you don't need any previous experience with AI, automation or coding to take part.
What we'll do
During the workshop, you'll:
Map a real HR process and identify where time and effort are being lost
Explore how AI and automation could improve the way that process works
Learn how to describe and structure processes so AI can help build them
See real examples from the room turned into workflows using AI
Leave with practical ideas you can apply to your own HR operations
We'll work with the processes that matter to the people in the room. That could be onboarding, offboarding, employee requests, internal moves, leave, contracts, approvals or one of the many other processes that somehow still involves three spreadsheets and somebody called Sarah remembering what happens next.
Who is this for?
This workshop is for HR and People professionals who want to understand what AI and automation can actually do for their day-to-day processes.
Whether you're an HR Director, Chief People Officer, Head of People, HR Business Partner, People Operations Leader or responsible for improving HR processes, you'll get a practical look at how AI can help you move from an idea or process map to something that actually works.
No previous experience with AI, automation or coding is required.
Come with a process. Leave with a much clearer idea of how AI could help you improve it.
Free to attend. Places are limited to keep the session practical, collaborative and hands-on.
