Explore, Learn, Regenerate: A Walk into the Wild ! Join us for an eye-opening journey through the ecosystems of Arrábida Natural Park, where you'll walk, learn, connect and contribute with simple regenerative actions.
This isn’t just a walk—it’s a chance to reconnect with nature, understand the regenerative processes at work in the wild, and take part in a meaningful, hands-on action that leaves a positive impact on the land.

What to Expect:
Learn from Different Ecosystems: We hike through a short section of a bigger trail connecting regenerative sites. We’ll stop at various points to observe and learn about the unique ecosystems and special native plants that make up this rich natural environment. You will clearly learn why and how there are some regenerative or degenerative dynamics.
Immersive Wilderness Experience: Let the sights, the beauty of the canopy, the sounds, and the smells of the wild ground you in nature, as you gain insights into the delicate balance of life within these ecosystems.
Participate in Impactful Action: During the walk, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a regenerative initiative, leaving a legacy to regenerate the landscape !

This walk will open your eyes to the beauty and potential of regenerative practices. Regen Waves has worked across the Bioregion of Arrábida, designing and implementing regenerative projects inspired by what is happening into the wild. Mathias’ international experiences in different semi-arid contexts will be happy to share .
