About Event

Every founder knows the feeling: a week full of motion and nothing to show for it.

Priorities blur. Meetings multiply. Every decision routes through the founder. Go-to-market gets all the airtime, but how you run the company determines whether all that activity compounds into momentum or evaporates by Friday.

Join Dr. Brian Gladden, Entrepreneur in Residence at the Carlsen Center, for a hands-on introduction to EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System, stripped down for early-stage startups. EOS is the framework behind the book Traction, used by thousands of companies to turn vision into disciplined execution. Brian will focus on the handful of pieces that matter when your team is small and your runway is short.

This is a working session on the internal side of building: the structure, rhythm, and accountability it takes to convert motion into momentum without the founder becoming the bottleneck.

You'll leave with:

  • A simple way to set and protect 90-day priorities

  • A weekly meeting rhythm that surfaces issues and solves them fast

  • A short scorecard of the numbers that tell you the business is working

  • Clarity on who owns what, even on a team of three

Who should come:
Founders and early team members with something in motion who need structure to turn it into momentum. Pre-launch founders are welcome too. Build the habits before the chaos shows up.
