About Event

The BIC Africa Annual Gathering 2025 (#BICAfrica2025) will take place on Thursday 23rd of October 2025 in Luanda, Angola and Online.

This fourth edition is organised by EBN and co-hosted by the IFC’s Angola Incubator Project and the Delegation of the European Union to Angola, in collaboration with Instituto Nacional de Apoio às Micro, Pequenas e Médias Empresas (INAPEM).

This year’s edition under the theme “Empowering Youth-led Startups to transform Agri-Tech, Agri-Business & Value Chains for Food Security” will discuss the latest innovations and best practices while exploring how innovation and entrepreneurship are transforming Agri-Tech, Agri-Business, and value chains development in advancing food security in Africa. With a strong focus on empowering youth- and women-led startups and MSMEs, it will put in spotlight the Angolan innovation ecosystem and business incubation by featuring key actors across from Angola and the other BIC Africa country projects.
