Meet your hosts:
Navaneeth Bodla leads AI at Deccan AI. He holds a PhD in Computer Vision from the University of Maryland and previously worked as a Senior Applied Research Scientist at Cruise and as Tech Lead at Adobe for their video generation models.
Jaiprasad Reddy is Agentic Lead at Deccan AI, leading end-to-end projects across coding, RL, and agentic client engagements, from data collection through platform development to model training for delivery. He brings 9+ years of experience across data science and ML.
Nikhil Parlapalli is a Founding Engineer for Physical AI at Deccan AI. He builds the systems, data pipelines, and evaluation infrastructure for robotics and embodied AI. He spent the last decade building embedded systems in automotive, working on ADAS, autonomous driving platforms and at companies including Magna Corporate R&D.
Gobinda Malakar is Senior Program Manager at Deccan AI, leading end-to-end delivery across GenAI and data program workstreams. He owns SFT and evaluation data strategy, and oversees in-house QC, annotation, and PMO.
Deccan AI raised a $25M Series A and builds the post-training stack (RL, SFT, evals) for frontier AI labs across robotics, multimodal, coding, and agentic domains. Our customers include Google, Snowflake, and several top frontier labs.
