​If a judge has to stop and think to understand your project, you have already lost. Friday is about making sure that does not happen to yours.

​Two weeks out from the Colosseum deadline, the thing separating a shortlist from silence is almost never the build. It is whether a stranger scrolling your deck between meetings can tell what you do, who it is for, and why you are the one building it.

​We start of with co-working from 12-2pm then storytelling. The Pixar structure applied to a pitch, the one-liner test, and why judges are filtering applications rather than selecting them. Then we open the floor. Bring your deck or your demo, take two minutes, and let the room tell you what is not landing. Kindly, but usefully.

​Bring a laptop and bring the version you have.
