Sunrise Walk Across the Brooklyn Bridge
Hello dear friends! For Idealist Day on Tuesday, 5/5, we are organizing a "Global Community Breakfast" in towns, neighborhoods, and villages around the world.
In New York, we (Matthew and Ami) would love to start the day with a moment of beauty and connection by walking across the Brooklyn Bridge at sunrise, and it would be wonderful if you could join us.
We’ll set out at 6:00 AM (sharp!) from the Brooklyn side, and then have some coffee and more in the little park by City Hall.
It would be great to do this with you. Thank you!
Schedule
5:30am-6:00am Arrive at Cadman Plaza Park specifically at the Juneteenth Grove.
6:00am Start walking across the bridge
6:30am Arrive at City Hall Park, just after the bridge
6:30am-7:15am Coffee and group photo at City Hall Park
If you arrive after 6:00am and don't see the group we will have started walking, so please enjoy the walk across the bridge and meet us on the other side. If 6:00am is too early, but you still want to meet us at City Hall Park to start your day with us 6:30am please do!
