[Uncertainty School] How to drive change with clarity and confidence!

​🎓 We’re going back to school! 

​Have you ever found yourself in charge of leading change but have no idea of where the change will take you and your team? Have people in your organisation handed you the baton of change without any guidance or support? Then Uncertainty School is for you!

​💫 Uncertainty School is a practical, immersive workshop designed for operators and team leads who are ready to lean into uncertainty and build confidence in themselves, find clarity in the unknown and become part of a community of change navigators. 

​Our Uncertainty School pilot in July was a huge success, so we have decided to run it again!

​🚀 This time, we will be deep diving into:

​💪How to gain influence and momentum not just in your teams, but all over your org

​🔧 Tools to help you lead when you don’t have all the answers

​🧠 Techniques for self-reflection and resilience to lead through anything!

​This is for you if:

​🔹You are that trusted, capable person who consistently delivers but feel like you are failing 

​🔹You know who you need to influence to make change happen but you need a different perspective on how to achieve it
