Ren Chin – SaaS Growth & GTM Leader | Advisor, Hiper. Ren Chin is a seasoned SaaS growth and go-to-market leader with deep experience scaling companies from early traction to repeatable, efficient revenue. At GoFormz, Ren joined when ARR was in the tens of thousands and helped scale the business into the multi–tens-of-millions ARR range.

During his tenure, Ren architected a product-led growth engine responsible for 99% of new customer acquisition, built and led full-stack GTM teams across demand generation, product marketing, lifecycle automation, SDR, RevOps, brand, and growth, and owned pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy.

Ren has also served as an Executive Advisory Board member to Marketo (Adobe), invested in enterprise and SaaS companies at Partech Ventures, and supported founders as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Storm Ventures. He currently advises growth-stage companies and serves as an advisor to Hiper.

Mary O’Hara – Head of Demand Generation, COE | Hiper. Mary O’Hara is a demand generation leader with deep experience across cybersecurity, data, and AI companies. She currently leads Hiper’s Demand Generation Center of Excellence, working directly with B2B teams to design and operate engagement-led demand engines.

Previously, Mary led demand generation at AtScale, where she managed a large, multi-channel demand mix including media publications, influencers, LinkedIn groups, webinars, virtual events, and long-form content. She spearheaded the Semantic Layer Summit, driving 6,400 registrants in its first year and over 10,000 registrants the following year.

Mary’s programs have driven 9,000+ virtual summit registrants, 6,000+ ebook downloads, and 4,000+ webinar registrations, while delivering significant growth in demand-sourced pipeline. She will share how these programs are built, measured, and executed to drive direct engagement and downstream results.
