Listen…before the holiday madness gets started, we need to establish some boundaries. 😂

This year, what are we NOT doing?  Overspending? Cooking enough food for 75 people? Traveling because everybody expects us to? Buying gifts out of obligation? Saying yes to invitations we don't want to attend? Continuing traditions nobody actually enjoys anymore?

This afternoon we're talking about taking some of the pressure out of the holidays and giving ourselves permission to celebrate in ways that actually feel good to us.

Traditions can be wonderful, but we're also allowed to change them. And sometimes the best holiday gift you can give yourself is a good, old-fashioned NO.
