Workshop: Building AI-Native Startups

​In this highly interactive 60-minute session, founders and project teams will explore what it means to build an AI-native startup, rather than simply adding AI to an existing business model. 

Working through practical AI Pathway exercises, participants will challenge assumptions about product development, team roles, customer experience, and execution, and will begin redesigning their own projects through an AI-first lens.

​The session is designed for teams currently developing entrepreneurial projects. Participants will leave with new perspectives, practical frameworks, and concrete ideas that can be immediately incorporated into their venture. 

Whether you are building a software product, digital service, or AI-enabled business, the goal is to have every team attending the session redesign at least one aspect of their venture using AI-native thinking.
