Build an app with Kotlin and discover how to take it beyond Android. In this JetBrains workshop, we'll explore Kotlin's role in app development and build together using Kotlin Multiplatform.

What we'll cover

Why Kotlin: explore why the language became a popular choice for Android development.
Build with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP): develop an app together that can run across multiple platforms using a shared codebase.
If time allows, add AI with Koog: explore bringing AI functionality into the app with JetBrains' Kotlin framework for building AI agents.
If time allows, AI-powered workflows: a look at app development with AI-assisted coding tools.

Anyone curious about mobile, cross-platform or AI development. Some general programming background will help you follow along.
