About Event

Technology organizations are making long term choices about who leads in the face of AI acceleration, economic uncertainty, and shifting talent expectations. leadership readiness is being redefined in real time, and women leaders must help shape what comes next. The session is designed for candid exchange, peer learning, and meaningful connection among women shaping the future of leadership in technology.
