Scaling AI Masterclass

​This masterclass will give participants insight into how to scale AI enterprise-wide through a Lloyds Banking Group case study. It will focus on how organisations can move beyond GenAI pilots to enterprise-scale impact, with a practical blueprint for scaling AI safely, responsibly, and at pace. Participants will learn how they can unlock agentic AI and build an enterprise agentic stack, whilst scaling delivery and capability together to ensure adoption and business value.

​Trystan is a senior Data Science and AI leader with over 20 years’ experience delivering transformative change. Within Lloyds Banking Group, he leads the Data & AI science practitioner community and partners closely with senior leaders across the organisation to identify and deliver high‑impact, innovative use cases while accelerating the Group’s AI capability. Prior to joining Lloyds, he delivered data science solutions across a range of industries, including developing optimisation algorithms for NATO convoy routing, influencing the design of Heathrow Terminal 5, and building pricing optimisation systems for British Airways.
