In this interactive session, we’ll explore how to craft a concise and compelling leadership narrative you can use across contexts: asking for a promotion, introducing yourself on stage, or pitching to investors. You’ll walk away with a simple framework and a first draft of your own story, ready to refine and share.
About the Host:
Kima Sargsyan is a Strategy Director at Huge Inc., where she helps global brands reimagine how they connect with people through digital experiences and products. Over the last 15 years, she’s led major strategy projects for companies like Google, Deloitte, and Android — always at the intersection of brand, product, and innovation.
Alongside her agency work, Kima runs KS Advisory Studio, her own practice where she partners with startups and founders to shape their go-to-market strategies and unlock growth. What ties her work together is a passion for clarity — helping leaders, teams, and companies find the story that moves their vision forward.
Outside of client work, Kima is active in mentoring and community building, with a belief that leadership is not just about titles but about the stories we choose to tell about ourselves and the impact we make.
