​Semra Celebi is the founder of Female Works, a business coach, speaker, and former DEI strategist who helps ambitious women break free from traditional roles and build purpose-led businesses. After 15 years working in leadership and inclusion for the City of Amsterdam, Semra experienced burnout — and made the bold decision to build a life aligned with her own genius. Now she guides other women to do the same, combining mindset work, strategy, and identity coaching to help them discover their true calling and turn it into something real. Her approach is honest, empowering, and deeply transformative — and she’s on a mission to make sure no woman stays stuck in a life that doesn’t fit.
