In advance of Valentine's Day, take a moment to give your mind and body some love. Join us for a gentle, community breathwork class designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.
Through guided breathing techniques, this practice creates space for self-love, nervous system regulation, and deep restoration. It's an invitation to turn your care inward during a season that often asks us to give outward.
No experience needed—just come as you are and bring a yoga mat and eye mask.
