Please provide your full name and email. Spot ID, Rank, and Invited by are optional; provide them if available. Enter the name of the person who invited you in the Invited by field. Rank allows a single selection. You must review and accept the Event Terms & Conditions when registering. Your registration is confirmed automatically, subject to available capacity.
Event Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
This event is open to community members, guests, and individuals interested in learning more about the ICONX ecosystem.
There is no rank restriction required to attend this event. Organizer approval is not required.
2. Registration & Attendance Confirmation
All participants must complete the official event registration process before attending.
Registration is confirmed automatically; organizer approval is not required. Attendance remains subject to venue capacity, accurate registration information, and compliance with these event terms.
Participants may be required to present confirmation of registration upon arrival at the event venue.
3. Registration Accuracy
Participants must submit complete and accurate information, including:
Full Name
Email Address
Spot ID (optional, if available)
Rank (optional, select one if available)
Invited by (optional)
Incomplete, incorrect, or misleading submissions may result in cancellation of registration or denial of event access.
4. Event Attendance Commitment
Confirmed participants are expected to attend the event on time and follow the event schedule.
If a participant is unable to attend after confirmation, they are encouraged to notify the organizing team in advance so the seat may be offered to another attendee.
ICONX reserves the right to deny future event access to individuals who repeatedly confirm attendance and fail to attend without prior notice.
5. Accommodation, Travel & Personal Expenses
Unless officially stated in writing by ICONX, participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel, accommodation, transportation, visa, meals, and personal expenses related to attending the event.
ICONX is not responsible for any personal costs incurred by participants before, during, or after the event.
6. Hospitality
Participants may receive hospitality during the event as defined by the event program and organizer arrangements.
Any hospitality provided is subject to availability, venue arrangements, and the discretion of the organizing team.
7. Communication & Data Privacy
By registering for the event, participants authorize an ICONX representative to contact them regarding event confirmation, logistics, updates, and coordination.
ICONX will use participant information only for registration, event management, communication, and community coordination purposes.
Participant information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without consent.
8. Event Schedule & Modifications
ICONX reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, relocate, or modify the event format, timing, venue, speakers, agenda, or program at its sole discretion.
ICONX is not responsible for personal travel, accommodation, or incidental expenses affected by such changes.
9. Conduct, Confidentiality & Media Use
All participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally throughout the event.
ICONX may deny or revoke participation for any individual whose behavior, conduct, or alignment is considered inconsistent with the values of the event or the community.
Recording, live streaming, or public sharing of event content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Participants are expected to follow all event guidelines, confidentiality requirements, venue rules, and instructions from the organizing team.
ICONX may capture photos and videos during the event for official media, marketing, and community communication purposes. By attending, participants acknowledge and agree that they may appear in such content unless they inform the organizing team otherwise in advance.
10. Liability Waiver & Company Protections
Participation in this event does not create any employment, contractual, financial, or business entitlement beyond the event itself.
ICONX is not liable for personal injury, property loss, travel issues, accommodation issues, or other incidents that may occur before, during, or after the event.
Participants remain responsible for their personal safety, belongings, travel documents, and personal arrangements.
All event content, presentations, materials, visuals, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of ICONX and may not be copied, reused, distributed, or published without prior written approval.
11. Educational Nature of the Event
This event is organized for education, awareness, community development, and ecosystem alignment.
No financial, investment, legal, or tax advice will be provided during the event.
Nothing presented during the event should be considered a guarantee of income, profit, return, or financial outcome.
Participants are encouraged to make independent decisions and seek professional advice where necessary.
12. Dress Code – Business Casual
As this is a professional community and leadership event, all participants are expected to attend in Business Casual attire.
We encourage every participant to present themselves with professionalism, confidence, and pride as they represent their journey within the ICONX community.
