​イベントについて

​AIエージェントの出来は、モデルだけでは決まりません。まず、モデルを動かすループと、呼び出せるツールがあります。さらに、コンテキストや記憶の扱い、どこまで実行を許すか、うまくいったかをどう確かめるかも欠かせません。モデルの周りを固めるこうした仕組みを「ハーネス」と呼びます。エージェントの良し悪しの多くは、ここで決まります。

​今夜はこのハーネスをつくります。ゼロから最小限のエージェントループを書いてもいいし、SDKにツールやサブエージェントを足してもかまいません。いま使っているエージェントの評価セットをつくるのもよいでしょう。Claude CodeやCodex CLI、オープンソースのハーネスから設計を借りて、自分のエージェントに組み込んでみるのもおすすめです。

​数時間じっくり手を動かし、最後にできたところまでを見せ合います。デモのあとは参加者全員で投票し、いちばん票を集めたプロジェクトを終了前に発表します。

• ​広告クリエイティブをつくるエージェント：商品の概要から、見出し・コピー案・画像プロンプトを出す。→ 自分の案を採点させ、弱い案はつくり直させる

• ​秘書エージェント：メールを仕分けて返信を下書きし、カレンダーに予定を入れる。→ 勝手にやってよいことと、確認が必要なことを分ける

• ​会議の後処理エージェント：文字起こしから、ToDo・担当者・フォローアップメールをつくる。→ 実際の文字起こし10本で精度を確かめる

• ​情報収集エージェント：競合やニュースを追い、毎週ダイジェストを届ける。→ 先週伝えた話はくり返さない

• ​経費整理エージェント：レシートを読み取り、スプレッドシートに記入する。→ 読めないレシートや、費目に迷うものにも対応する

• ​学習エージェント：前回まちがえたところを重点的に出題する。→ 次回に向けて何を覚えておくかを決める

​About the Event

​The model is only part of an agent. The rest is the harness: the loop that runs the model, the tools it can call, how it handles context and memory, what it’s allowed to do, and how you check whether it worked. Much of what makes an agent good or bad is decided there.

​Tonight is about building that layer. You could write a minimal agent loop from scratch, add tools and sub-agents to an SDK, or build an eval set for an agent you already run. You could also borrow a pattern from Claude Code, Codex CLI or an open-source harness and use it in your own agent.

​Build for a few hours, then show the room what you’ve got. After the demos, everyone votes for their favourite project, and we announce the winner before we close.
