​M&T Bank, in partnership with Glasswing Ventures co-founder and distinguished M&T Board member Rudina Seseri, will host a three‑part Thought Leadership Salon Series designed to convene key stakeholders within the Boston innovation ecosystem. This series (co-hosted by Chris Kay, Head of Enterprise Platforms at M&T Bank) will bring together senior leaders, founders, investors, and influencers to explore how resilience enables organizations to successfully navigate and lead through AI‑driven transformation. These intimate, high‑touch events will provide actionable insight and meaningful dialogue for clients, prospects, and COIs, while positioning M&T Bank as a trusted partner and convener of conversations that matter.
