Kick-Off Session
Purpose
The Kick-Off Session launches each working group within The House of Circularity by Spin Ventures. It’s designed to align outputs, introduce members, and define the mission for the pilot ahead. Together, participants can co-create the Call for Solutions, outlining the challenges and opportunities that will map subsequent session outputs.
Output
A clearly defined mission statement and Call for Solutions, a shared understanding of goals and success metrics, and an activated Working Group ready to pilot scalable and regenerative outcomes.
