​open studio is your chance to step away from home, bring whatever you’re working on and spend an evening creating alongside other curious people.

​whether you’re sketching, sewing, writing, editing photos, planning your next project, crocheting, journalling or simply figuring things out, you’re welcome here.

​bring your own creative project, or come with nothing at all and see where the evening takes you.

​there’s no pressure to network.

​no expectation to finish anything.

​no experience needed.

​just a few hours to make, think, chat, laugh, listen to music, meet new people or simply enjoy being in a room full of creativity.

​if you’re not sure where to start, our hosts will have optional prompts, conversation starters and simple creative challenges to help get you going.

​sometimes the best ideas come from changing your environment.

​sometimes they come from the person sitting next to you.

​either way, we’d love to have you.

​what to bring

​bring something creative you’d enjoy working on.

​that could be:

• ​sewing

• ​sketching

• ​knitting or crochet

• ​writing

• ​journalling

• ​embroidery

• ​editing photos or video

• ​planning your next project

• ​colouring

• ​reading

• ​or anything else you’d like to spend a few hours with.

​we’ll have pens, paper, tea, coffee, music and good company waiting.
